After receiving Jordan’s wheeled modifications and video documentation, I declared the first Exchange complete and put it in storage. I’m pretty happy with our first iteration.
After a couple of weeks, I put this next guy together to start Exchange #2…
I really wanted to build something right into the box. This form fits snug into the flat rate mailer and the foam block drops in and twists tight. It was intended to either live there, or serve as a little support on the bumpy ride out to Oakland. I closed this up as you see it and sent in to Jordan.
